Our Program

You've identified a need to make money.  So now we'll help you increase your sales by choosing an incentive program.

Our programs are simple and effective.  You make the choice of which incentive program to follow.

Prize Raffle Excites our All Fundraisers
We understand how motivating prizes can be to sellers. That's why we created the Prize Raffle, a unique and inspiring fundraising idea.  While most programs allow for only the top sellers to win a prize, our Prize Raffle gives EVERY seller a shot at prizes.

Our PRIZE RAFFLE works like this:

  • Every time a child sells 5 items, his or her name goes into the pot.
  • If Mary sells 15 items, her name is submitted 3 times

How exciting for your sellers! Even if they sell just 5 items, they qualify for a prize.

As group leader, we will work with you to select the prize that fits your group. Prize amounts are calculated by number of participating students.

Free (or almost free) Incentives
Sometimes a group leader can  motivate sellers with incentives that are extremely effective and can be extremely low in cost. They also serve a double purpose. They keep your costs down and promote higher participation in your fundraiser. The higher the participation level the more successful the fundraiser. Be creative!
  • Donated Prizes for top individual sellers.
  • Pizza Party for top selling class.
  • Hat Day for participating students.
  • Gum Day for participating students.
  • Teacher or Principal takes pie in the face if goal is reached.
  • Teacher or Principal will wear a silly costume for the day.
  • Teacher makes cookies, brownies, etc. for the high seller
  • No Uniform day for students selling 5 items (example).
  • Last Hour party or dance for all students selling a designated amount.
  • Free admission to next school activity.
  • Popcorn & Movie party for top sellers.
  • All Students turning in order on time receive treat.
  • Principal, sponsor, or teacher agrees to perform a silly stunt if goal is reached.
  • Free lunch for top sellers.
  • A faculty-student tug-of-war. All students who participate may witness a tug-of-war (over a huge mud puddle or water) between the highest selling class and faculty volunteers.
  • Be imaginative and come up with your own ideas!

Teacher Incentives
We know how hard a teacher or group leader works to run a fundraiser, so we want to give a reward

With as little as $1000 in TOTAL sales, you qualify for one $10 gift card. So, for example, if you reach $5000 in TOTAL sales, you get 5 gift cards.  You can use them for personal use, or as prizes to suit your group.  We will work with you to select the appropriate gift card.

QUICK TIPS WHEN FUNDRAISING
  • Know your numbers! Create a sales goal for your group and an goal for each seller.
  • Communicate Your Purpose and Goal with your sellers and their customers. When the purpose and sales goals are understood, everyone will rally to support your effort!
  • Set the dates. Specific days will help everyone prepare and plan for an effective fundraiser. Give your team ample time to sell. Try not to overlap with another fundraising effort. We recommend running your fundraiser for 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Rev up the team! Hold a kickoff meeting and talk about the product being sold. Get excited about reaching your goal and winning prizes!
  • Promote your fundraiser. Spread the word through posters, banners, newsletters and public announcements.
  • Be organized. Be clear about selling dates and order deadline. Offer frequent updates on progress toward your sales goal.
  • Communicate often. Keep up the momentum by encouraging sellers every few days. Check in to see if there are questions or concerns.
  • BE SAFE! Educate your sellers on who to sell to and who to avoid. We do not recommend door to door sales. Sell to parents, friends and relatives – do NOT sell to strangers. Stress safety above all else and make sure parents are aware of the program and on board.
  • Provide incentives. We all love to win prizes! Help your sellers visualize how their hard work will pay off for the group AND for themselves
